Important info for participants!

Dear Personal Networks Participants,

We’re thrilled to officially welcome you to our webinar series, launching this Monday, September 15th! Thank you for joining us on this journey – we’re so excited to learn and grow alongside you. (Can start now if you’d like.)

This is a pilot launch, and we want to be transparent: Melissa and I are still working through a few technical bugs and learning curves in our system. Your patience and grace mean the world as we refine the experience together.

Zoom Sessions Begin September 22
Our live Zoom gatherings begin the week of Monday, September 22 and run Monday and Wednesday evenings. There will be separate Zoom links for:

  • Young Adults
  • Parents & Caregivers

We encourage each participant to join one Zoom session per week – whichever time and day works best for you. These gatherings are where we bring the learning to life, explore real-world application, and offer space to ask questions about the activities and tools we’ve shared.

If group sessions feel overwhelming or don’t fit your schedule, we’re happy to meet with you individually. Just reach out by email and we’ll find a time that works.

Action Needed:
We’ll be sending reminders by email only, so let us know if you’d prefer a calendar invite or a day-of reminder. Your preferences help us support your rhythm and reduce overwhelm.

**Spread the Word**
If you know families with young adults with disabilities who might benefit, we’d love for you to invite them to join. Co-enrolling with friends or someone familiar can build trust and deepen the sense of community from the start. Just have them complete the pre-enrollment screening and sign up when ready.  Young AdultsParents/Caregivers

We deeply appreciate your flexibility and feedback as we launch this pilot. We’ll be adjusting as we go, and your insights will help shape a better experience for everyone. As with all things in life, learning is ongoing – and we’re committed to practicing that well here.

If you have any questions, reach out by email anytime. We’re here for you.

Warmly,

Sami Peterson ~ On behalf of the Personal Networks Team
